Each module contains 3 Videos with detailed examples to walk you through the concepts for the month. Additionally, there will be downloadable information to walk you through each topic, giving examples to help you quickly and easily put the module into practice.

Coaching

You’ll receive a 50 minute personal coaching call with Tara, 3 times a month, so you can ask your burning questions. These personal sessions are designed to work through your questions and challenges that arise through the weeks.
